3, Westside is a two story residence located in Betancuria West. The upper floor has a few bedrooms and a small trap door can be found on the ground floor that leads into the sewers. The residence is used during the Nightingale quest.
| Note: In v1.30 and earlier, 3, Westside was a rat infested home now known as 8, King's Boulevard, and this area was located at 18, Squire's Road. |
