4, Westside is a Dhorn residence in Betancuria West. It houses General Kale Sigerthur, one of the high ranking officials for Jacia's Dhorn Slayer quest. It is heavily guarded. Kale Sigerthur can be found in the cellar, torturing a prisoner. If let out by the princess, the prisoners will attack him.
