The Dhorn Administration building is in Betancuria West. It is primarily a center of operations for the daily goings on of the Dhorn in Betancuria, housing various officers. A few maids can be found cleaning the ground floor. The cellars are used to store assorted contraband, including pornographic material and indecent clothing. Civilians are not allowed entry.
