The Beggar's Clothes can be obtained from the Beggar in Betancuria South. He can be found near Barich's Tavern. An alternative to the Beggar's Clothes are the Haute Couture Beggar's Clothes made by Gaston the tailor. The clothes are required to complete Lesson 1.

Note: item006 is an older version of the Beggar's Clothes with an ability score penalty of Charisma -3 and a description of "Yuck, they smell badly and are full of lice!" It is now only used as a blueprint for the current version of the clothes with no penalty and a different description.
