The Crumpled Note is an informal document found by the Princess inside a barell stored in the Students' Quarters. The bedrooms are part of the Academy in Betancuria North, a place in which the Princess must sneak in order to investigate the disapparition of Pia.
The recipient of the note is Dan Addams, a former student of the Academy before the Dhorn close it down. Judging by its content, he must have received it from one of his colleagues and is a direct evidence that Dan is a gifted student both when it comes to accessing restricted areas and finding new ways of entertainement.
