This armor is made of red and black leather. It does not look like it was dyed, rather like it's the natural color of the materials used. There's also the disturbing fact that the armor seems to suck in the light of the surrounding area...

The Demon Armor is a gift from Hyath, depending on the Princess' actions in the Temple of Hyath during the Golden Chalice quest. It is available in four different types, including cloth (dress), leather (light), chain (medium), and plate (heavy).

Spoiler: If the Princess kills or allows Christano Arniman to be killed and then kills Myra Waynolt, Hyath will offer a reward. If a suit of armor is chosen, the Demon Armor will be presented.
