The 1st level of the tomb can be reached through a hole in the prison, located beneath the old barracks on the Isle of Prisoners. Notable inhabitants include the Old King and Laurister Kennesen, King Amraphenneset's court jester. There is a small area cordoned off by the Dhorn, which is where new prisoners are processed.
