Mart Bennard is a local artist who specializes in portraits. His home is located in Betancuria North, near the Tailor Shop. He's a very skilled painter, but ever since the Dhorn invaded the city business has been hard for him, mainly due to the Dhorn having deemed many of his portraits indecent and confiscated them. He can be found waiting outside his home and speaking with him will start the Portrait quest.
