The Blue Swan is a gambling house. It is located in the town of Westwood in Part Two v1.23. In the EE remake, much of the content from Westwood has been moved to Betancuria, and it is found in Betancuria West. Since the Dhorn has banned prostitution, the Dhorn soldiers satisfy their entertainment needs by playing a type of strip-card game. The Dhorn Commander is found playing cards in this tavern, although he will only play with those who tend to lose.
