The Undead Woman can be found wandering the halls of the caverns in the Temple of Hyath. She is in possession of the Hyath Leather Armor.
Note: Despite the Undead Woman being, well, undead, she doesn't have the template for such and is treated as any living creature enginewise. This goes for the other undead slaves in the area too, the only 'real' undead being the undead janitor wandering the hall.
