The tomb can be found in Underdark, near the Ancient City Gates. A powerful Lich named Horas the Mighty resides within. The entrance requires a high pick, and very likely a good set of thieves tools. There are a number of bookshelves with an extremely large amount of magic scrolls, as well as a small locked chest. The door to the tomb is magically warded, not allowing undead creatures to escape.
